Ann Bodle Nash, Appraiser of Quilts and Quilted Textiles, certified since 1993 by the American Quilter's Society of Paducah, Kentucky. For a flat fee per quilt you will recieve a confidential, written document that clearly describes and evaluates the condition, graphic quality, provenance and insurance replacement or donation value of your quilt. Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

WHY WOULD YOU NEED AN APPRAISAL? To establish value before a possible loss, to determine value before gifting or donation, to secure a fine art floater from your insurance company, before shipping or perhaps just curiosity.

I attend regional and national quilt venues to stay current on values and attend continuing education classes and lectures throughout the year. I am a member of the American Quilt Study Group, Canadian Quilt Study Group, American Quilter's Society, National Quilting Association, Museum of American Folk Art and a the newly elected secretary of the Professional Association of Appraiser's of Quilts and Quilted Textiles ( PAAQT).

I am available for lectures, slide presentations, circa dating clinics and appraisal days during quilt shows. Call for a current schedule.
